to fill form and save as PDF document
Bytescout Form Filler is software for easy filling in scanned forms. It automatically converts scanned hardcopy paper form into fillable form. Form Filler can automatically detect text fields to fill in your scanned form picture. You can add text, checkmarks, stamp images, print filled form, save project for further use or save you form as PDF or fillable PDF form document. This tutorial explains how to save filled in scanned form as a PDF file and shows what settings of PDF file can be adjusted. ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS/FORMS INFORMATION: To use Word, PDF or Excel or any other electronic document just install our freeware SWF Printer Pro virtual printer and print document to "SWF Printer Pro" (will appear in Printers as a virtual printer) and it will save printed document as JPEG image files that you can use as input for Form Filler Download Bytescout Form Filler and install it on your PC. Having filled in scanned form with Form Filler, you can save
it as a PDF file using File menu | Save as PDF. Click Save
as PDF menu-item to open Save window where you can browse
folder to save file and select filename. Having selected filename
and chosen needed folder, click Save button. After saving, you see PDF Settings window which has four tabs. The first tab is General settings – file info (title, author, subject and keywords), compression (none or flate) and compability. File info will be displayed in file properties.
The second tab is Security settings. Tick off Protection
enabled to set protection key length, master and user passwords,
and tick off actions you allow to be taken. The third tab is Page Setup. It enables you to adjust page
size and orientation (portrait or landscape) and margins’
size. The fourth tab is Misc where you can select Font charset if needed and choose to download images from web and automatically open generated PDF document. When settings adjustment is complete, click Continue.
Generated PDF file can be viewed with Adobe Reader.
