How to add a stamp to a form in Form Filler software

Bytescout Form Filler is software for easy filling in scanned forms. It automatically converts scanned hardcopy paper form into fillable form. Form Filler can automatically detect text fields to fill in your scanned form picture. You can add text, checkmarks, stamp images, print filled form, save project for further use or save you form as PDF or fillable PDF form document.

This tutorial explains how to insert stamp into a scanned form using Insert Picture option of Form Filler.

Download Bytescout Form Filler and install it on your PC.

Bytescout Form Filler allows you to add scanned stamp image to a form. You can use Insert Picture button on the toolbar to insert image into a form or menu Insert \ Picture from file.

Click Insert Picture button, you will see Open file window. Select scanned stamp image you want to be inserted into your form and click Open button.

Opened stamp image will appear in the upper left corner of a form. Pay attention – white background of the stamp will become transparent. Thanks to this option, stamp image inserted into a scanned form looks like a real stamp over a text.

Adjust size of the inserted stamp image (move mouse cursor to one of black squares on picture’s edges, click emerging arrow and move it to adjust size) and move it to needed place (hold left mouse button to drag and drop image).

To remove stamp image from a form, you can a) right-click picture and Remove button will emerge; b) select picture with a left-click and press Remove button on the toolbar.

Then you can print the form, save as PDF document or fillable PDF form document
